COMPUTATION

FROM EVIDENCE
TO EXECUTION.

Intelligent systems can observe, infer and generate increasingly sophisticated responses.

But inference alone does not determine what should become executable.

Esmé SX separates evidence, state, authority, adaptation and execution into distinct computational responsibilities—maintaining the control boundary between what a system knows, what it is permitted to do, and what ultimately becomes executable.

VERIFIED EVIDENCE → STATE → AUTHORITY → BOUNDED ADAPTATION → AUTHORIZED EXECUTION

Intelligence can propose what a system should do.
Infrastructure determines what it is actually allowed to do.

HUMAN–MACHINE COORDINATION

TWO CHANGING SYSTEMS.

ONE CONTROL PROBLEM.

Human state changes continuously.

Machine systems observe, compute and act on their own timescales.

Biocybernetic Infrastructure maintains the relationships between evidence, state, authority, adaptation and execution as both systems change.

That requires more than low latency. It requires the runtime to preserve what happened, when it happened, which state it established, which authority remained current, and whether an action remained admissible when it became eligible for execution.

LATENCY
Bounded causal distance between observation and dependent action.

SYNCHRONIZATION
Temporal correspondence across evidence, state, authority, adaptation and execution.

CONTINUITY
State preserved through time rather than treated as disconnected observations.

TEMPORAL FIDELITY
Preservation of the timing relationships of the physical system being governed.

GOVERNED EXECUTION

Machine capability does not confer permission to act.

Esmé SX maintains explicit separation between physiological state, Consent, Policy, Intent, capability and execution authority.

Verified evidence moves through state interpretation, explicit authority, bounded adaptation and machine-command formation before an action becomes eligible for execution.

STATE ≠ AUTHORITY
CAPABILITY ≠ PERMISSION
INFERENCE ≠ AUTHORITY

Missing or inadmissible authority fails closed.

MIRROR OS™

RUNTIME BEHAVIOR

MADE OBSERVABLE.

Every runtime event contributes to the evidence of how the system behaved.

Mirror OS preserves canonical runtime records across evidence, state, authority, adaptation and execution—maintaining the provenance and predecessor relationships required to reconstruct runtime behavior.

Each committed record extends a continuous execution history, preserving the relationship between what the system observed, the conditions under which it operated, and what became executable.

OBSERVABILITY / PROVENANCE / REPLAY / PROOF

EVERY RUNTIME EVENT IS OBSERVABLE.
EVERY EXECUTION IS PROVENANCE-BOUND.

PRODUCTION BASELINE

RUNTIME v1.0

BUILT. HARDENED.

DEPLOYED. ACCEPTED.

Esmé SX Runtime v1.0 establishes the first accepted production software baseline of our Biocybernetic Infrastructure.

Following architecture hardening, deployment qualification and final acceptance, the versioned baseline establishes the software foundation for subsequent physiological and physical integration.

QUALIFICATION BOUNDARY

Runtime v1.0 establishes the non-physical Profile-v1 production baseline.

Live physiological ingress and physical Layer-08 machine execution remain subsequent qualification stages and are not represented as qualified capabilities of this release.
